When does We Were Here Tomorrow come out?
October 20, 2026 on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. No launch hour has been announced.
How much does We Were Here Tomorrow cost?
$19.99 / €19.99 / £16.99, with a 10% launch discount. A Fan Edition on Steam adds a digital art book, the soundtrack and wallpapers.
Is We Were Here Tomorrow crossplay?
Yes, across Steam, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. It is online two-player co-op only, and both players need a microphone.
Can you play We Were Here Tomorrow solo?
No. It is co-op only for exactly two players online; there is no solo mode or split screen.
Can I still play the demo?
No. The free Steam demo ran in April and again from June 15, 2026, and was taken down on August 3.
How long is We Were Here Tomorrow?
Around 15 hours according to Total Mayhem Games, split into chapters of three to four hours with a checkpoint after each puzzle.
About the game
About We Were Here Tomorrow
An asymmetrical co-op puzzle adventure for two. You wake inside Norček Industries, an Antarctic research facility in an imagined 1980s future, and solve its puzzles by describing to your partner what only you can see.
It is the sixth game in Total Mayhem Games’ We Were Here series, written with sci-fi author Claire North, and the studio’s biggest so far at around 15 hours.
